Shropshire restaurant earns 2 AA rosettes for culinary excellence
The Coach House is a modern country inn in the sleepy hamlet of Norbury. Situated deep in the beautiful Shropshire Hills AONB, between the Stiperstones and the Long Mynd our village is in a wonderful corner of Shropshire.
Harry Bullock is a local chef, from nearby Whettlestone who took on the Head Chef role in the Coach House in January 2017. He has worked at some of Shropshires finest restaurants yet is only 20 years old. You’ll be sure to be hearing a lot more about him.
“We have a newly refurbished restaurant, a new kitchen, a fabulous new chef and now 2 AA rosettes to go along with it. We couldn't be happier. There is a also a brand new attic loft suite opening this summer so these are exciting times for us” said Lexi Morris co-owner and manager.
We have been at the Coach House for three years now. What started as a modest bed and breakfast operation has transformed completely. The AA have graded us as a 4 star Restaurant with Rooms and given us a Gold Award for exceptional quality. We were also given the Breakfast Award at this recent visit completing the hat trick of awards.
