In Bloom judges witness unveiling of plaque

Britain in Bloom judges Roger Burnett and Jon Wheatley were among the people watching the unveiling of a plaque commemorating Samuel Owen, by Arne Sundstrom, at Norton in Hales Village Hall recently.
