Severn Valley runs £10 Special Train to aid Stricken Heritage Line
THE SEVERN Valley Railway, floored by severe flooding in 2007 and forced to substantially rebuild much of its 16-mile line between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth, is helping another steam ‘heritage’ railway to get back on its feet, after an embankment collapse in January which cut the line in two.

Take a ‘Slow’ Family Foodie Walk
Have you ever wanted to eat your way round Ludlow taking in the best of local seasonal produce? Now in its third successful year, the Slow Food Ludlow Mini Magnalonga will take place on Sunday 12th June (11.30-12pm start). The event is for all those that want to discover a bit more about Ludlow’s fantastic food and drink offer by doing a walk with food stops with a family quiz on route. This family friendly event is for the young and old, taking in some of Ludlow’s most beautiful views and exciting food venues. At each stop you will be served a course, the route has five stops in total and is no more than three miles.
