Local Inn awarded AA Rosette
The Inn at Grinshill has just achieved its 4 star status and with the talented young head chef, Chris Conde, have been accredited with an AA rosette for culinary excellence, just 2 months of starting in his new role.
Owned by Kevin & Vicky Brazier for past 8 years, this has been a significant turning point for them and places the Inn amongst some of the finest dining establishments in Shropshire.
The Inn extends a warm welcome, real ales, a bistro style menu in the bar and the garden a la carte restaurant serving seasonal menus with locally sourced produce.
7 individually decorated guest rooms provide all the home comforts from LCD televisions concealed behind mirrors, modem points, luxury toiletries.
Freelance writer Emma Anderson recently spent some time at the Inn and reviewed the restaurant. Emma stated, "Conde’s arrival at The Inn has injected an almost tangible sense of energy and purpose at all levels. But, while satisfied diners whisper of Michelin stars, in the kitchen Conde is simply concentrating on making each dish as perfect as it can be – and succeeding."
